geordiegirl A really tough race hilly most of the way, my ankle was aching and got pins & needles in both feet at around 2miles which lasted pretty much the rest of the run. I was last but someone had to be I guess, it wasnt the best run I have ever done and was probably about the worst but I did finish it and now I'm home and recovering I'm pretty chuffed with myself.

Lisrun Tired after today's race at Derwentwater, so the chances of doing well at this race are non existent, but its an attractive route so I am going to do it. *Update* Not a great time for me, but I was very tired after yesterday, the wind was strong and from the west so it was hard work on the way back.
