Alex Patton 156/336 Given that I was hungover and wasn't particularly feeling up for this, I was fairly pleased. The course was actually much better than I expected but it is very flat and as a result the pace was high. Got a bit caught in no-mans land between 2 groups on the second lap so probably didn't push quite as hard as I could.

ancient Pleased with position of 169th, even if time was slower than Claybury. Felt a good effort. Bit slippy in muddy section but generally very flat and good going

Padams Steady first lap and picked it up a bit for the second. Felt OK considering Friday evening run and bike in the morning.

tom_craggs This course measured long last year...closer to 9km than 8km.**Felt strong throughout and controlled. Nearly 3 minutes fast than last year. Course 8.80km again...standard high again, 119th for me but averaged 5.52/mile so pleased**
