Lisrun On my own. Cloudy with a slight wind. The weather has turned much warmer in the last two weeks. Completely flat course with a short loop in the beginning round a housing estate. Then onto the sea front with a longer loop. Pleased with the time although I was trying to keep some energy for Sunday - not very successfully. Medal, energy drink and chocolate bar to all finishers. K markers which were fine except for the 8K.
