2 laps, one hill each lap (short up, longer down), compact trail, cafe and toilets.

2 laps mainly on good paths. One hill on each lap with a more gradual downhill. Limited parking by the start and a cafe and toilets (warnings on Facebook they may not be open before the run).

2 laps. Start by cafe on woodland trail, over wooden bridge by lake, under low bridge, long uphill, along top path & wind down other side. Left turn to finish towards car park, on lap 2. Mixed terrain. Nice cafe with great, friendly staff.
