Keefy Beefy A very middle-aged middle-class affair :o) Trail race from Medmenham to Hambleden and back. A variety of terrains and some very steep climbs and descents. Quite tough in places and not a fast course when you throw in the gates and styles, ploughed fields, and a lot of single-file sections. Very well organised, however, and some beautiful scenery. Would definitely do again. Am interested to check the results because I've never seen such a high percentage of women at the start of a race.
