Flying Ant Much more mud than last year! But still beat last year's time by 4:25 :o)

Running Caz Was 8.7M so not quite as bad as it seems. Alot of course pretty un-runnable due to slidy mud and old road shoes not creating much grip. Couple of big long hills but lote of down :-)

thesteadygroove I love this race, it's my second time and I thought i'd beat last year's time by a distance however I wasn't anticipating quite how muddy it was going to be (and last year was muddy). The final ascent was like running on the spot in some places. I still improved however which is encouraging.

Zoom Pw for me as ran with mate Gill, who stuggled up the hills and through the miles of mud. Great race, loads of mud, hills and stunning views from the top of Mayhill. I *heart* cross country!
