Chockaholic Not best pleased found course to have a few more climbs than expected but saying that a longish downhill section. Knew from 2 miles it wasn't going to be a pb.

Not in the in crowd Great day for a run. 98 seconds off my PB, and 6 mins faster than last year. A bit disappointed that I didn't get under the hour, but despite what some have said it is a little hilly in places. I can email the course profile to anyone who disagrees. ;-) I am now confident that I will break 1 hour in a very flat 10K I hope to do on New Years Eve.

SPKoF woot. New PB despite (or because of?) doing the Seagrave the day before. A quick course and nowhere near as hill as some people claim. I worked really hard on the last bit to get ahead a runner in a pudding costume only to find another one had already finished. I suppose it's not as bad as being beaten by a bloke in a sumo costume at last years Dovedale dash....
