kudu Good result. Felt pretty good, ran the first 3 in 15.30 but then slowed a lot in the wind on the way back. Very very windy, but overall pleased with the result

Muzzer11 Hillier than I remembered but enjoyed it until the hill at the end, wind in ya face was hard going. Great race tho.

steeplechaser Deliberately held back for first mile (Still only 6 mins as downhill). happy at 3 miles but dropped pace too much for mile 4 (6.50). 5th V50 . Happy with time considering weather (wind) & course hills. Need to work hard to gain top 3 place.
