Little Lou Felt really good until a mega stitch got me at 10 miles. Kept a good, steady pace until that happened - if I can do that at Amsterdam then I'll hopefully be near to the 1:45 I'm aiming for.

Lucky Jim With the effort I seemed to be putting in I thought I might get a bit closer to my PB but it was still a couple of minutes off. It was the best time this year none the less and it was very enjoyable. Conditions were cool and dry with occasional stiff breeze.
