Running Fish last minute decision to enter having read good things on a forum about the race. not disappointed, good race in area i've not been to before. sort of lake district lite in terms of terrain. nothing very steep, rocky, or long, but ups and downs all the way. should have paid more attention to forum advice regarding last 3 hills, was running near the top 20 until i hit them. blew up on the climbs and had a reasonably major fall on one of the decents. need more hill training.
