About this parkrun

Two lap course on nice woodland trails and a short loop round playing fields. Slightly narrow in places but relatively low numbers of runners mean this isn't a problem. Cafe can be very busy, garden centre along the road may be a better bet.

This mixed terrain parkrun route is run in 2 laps. You start on grass, a little on tarmac and then into the woods for trails. Please keep left on the forest trails, as the fast runners will come at you fairly quickly. 2 gradual climbs in this route.

Two laps of a figure of 8, once around playing fields and then through woods. Decent course, more fun than it sounds. Toilets open at 9am in nearby sports centre.
