cake muncher Mud, glorious mud! This was a real cross country course. I thought this was a tough race in the Summer but it's even tougher in the Winter! Placed 6th - a bit of a poor showing as I was still suffering from the effects of flu.

Fat Boy My level of fitness just now is awful and this muddy cross country race proved just that. I had no pace and felt awful throughout. Over 7 minutes behind guys that I was racing at the same level with only three months ago. Time to start training hard again!

jp105 Paced this race very well and had a great battle with Magoo all the way round. Just beat him in a sprint finish. Was in a race yesterday and that didn't seem to hinder my running at all today which is pleasing. 3rd place and a bottle of wine prize.
