About this parkrun
having run this over a hundred times it can't be that bad, but...a completely non-paved two-lap course with one long hill and one short, but brutal, hill that during the winter months is a real slippery mud-challenge.~300 runners and great course

Trail. Reportedly the hardest in London. 1 long incline and one brutal, short, muddy one.

The short, sharp hill is somehow longer and sharper on the second lap. There's great support at this parkrun, a really lovely bunch.

A nice 2 lapper with a tough hill just after 1st km on lap 1 (and guess at 3.5km on lap two). 80% trail - would need appropriate footwear if it had been raining.

Euston to Victoria on Victoria line, southern train to East Croydon walk 1.2 mi (Thameslink / Tran options also out of Kings x / STP. Hilly & muddy hard to follow people as lots of course cutting - toughest London parkrun - S.H & H.H easier ! 100th !
