You park quite far away got lost on way back so take Foxy with you but it's a lovely course through woods past lakes must do it again.

Single lap, road shoe course. Pretty in the spring when the bluebells are out. Hillier than it looks!

Largely flat course through the woods. Decent PB potential although there are some sharp corners in the last half which can make you lose a bit of momentum. Single lap and road shoes all year round.

Undulating single lap on good surfaces. Mostly in woodland - very pleasant.

beautiful run round the woods, cheap cafe. Friendly & social, very welcoming to all abilities.
There’s a new posh cafe now but isn’t highly regarded, bit more middle class which appeals to some.
