GoateeH A hard training run hopefully with a fast finish, well that's the plan. Going to be mentally tough with 23.5 lap. Well that was tough! Changed plan to go out at target marathon effort and just see what happens... What you would expect happened - not enough energy so had ti ease back later in race. Excellent event with the laps making for an interesting addition, got to see all the runners so very supportive, superb marshals and awesome medals - cannot wait until next year!
