Lexo Not the best idea to run this with a bust ankle as the wear andf tear ont the way down took its toll.Luckily everyone else looked as beat as i did on the last climb so I was in good company Only fell on my face once this year and didnt get lost in the woods this time so reasonably happy to knock 2.5 mins of last years time. Although I might come back down and have a crack at a sub 1:35 . Met some nice chaps from Croydon Striders at the end one of whom (Chris) I worked out passed me at the exact same point last year as this year so good to see were both gettting faster:)
