oi you A bit chaotic at first as Start/Finish location and start time were changed just 1 week ago and we were in the wrong place at the wrong time. As ever Le Touquet was far warmer than home and the run felt very hot. I saw 1 runner collapsed around 8k - seemed to have medical help quite promptly. My slowest run at this event but (sadly in some ways) not a PW at 10k.
