Pitt the Elder The second year of this Lap the Lake event - a challenging 10K course around Parc Bryn Bach for the more experienced runner. The race will take place around the picturesque Lake at the heart of the park. The entry fee is £10 for runners affiliated to a running club and £12 for non-affiliated. Hospice of the Valleys, co-organisers of the race, would be extremely grateful for any extra sponsorship money that participants are able to raise for this good cause. All runners will receive a goody bag, race numbers, timing chip and an event t-shirt which will all be given out on the day. The minimum age for participation in this event is 17.
