Dave W Wet and warm. A deluge for 45 minutes before the race, just let up for the run. I've had a sh*te month leading up to this race. Injured, couldn't be ars*d, just lost it. And then I go and do this race, not pushing myself, and hit exactly, EXACTLY, the same time as last month. Well I never. Let's have a good month, and knock out the next race in under 21 mins.
