Hywel Care 1st in Kitanagoya marathon 10km road race beating Nokzaki with a 5:50 last 2k finish approximately, went off too fast (2:53.6) but slowed through the middle (15:14.4 5k) and then when Nokzaki took the lead from me in the last 2k, we picked up to close in 2:58.5, 2:51 approx and edged him in a super close finish over the last 200.
