About this parkrun
Beautiful park and great route. All tarmac, can be slightly slippy round duck pond. The hill is steady not a killer. And the downhill gives you loads back for a flying finish.

Two laps of Beveridge Park Kirkcaldy. Wide tarmac. A decent hill that you climb twice. Lap of the duck pond on your second lap of the park. A strong downhill finish.

Good wide tarmac surface for majority of route. One hill you do on both laps and it looks longer and steeper than it actually is. Finishes with a fast downhill section leading to the sprint straight to the finish.

One loop around the perimeter of the park with a hill, second loop the same but includes a loop around the duck pond. All on tarmac iirc.
