Baza V please with my run after disaster at FLM. Only did this as it was a club counter, started steady to see how the legs were, picked up the pace towards the middle of the 2nd lap and passed a few folk. Then they became heavy and it took all my left over energy to keep them going(and stay upright!!). Finished in 40:06 on what was a really nice night. Well done the PTA at Kinross on yet another well organised run, and thanks to the marshalls who never stopped cheering

Hibeedeb I'm predicting a time that is nearly a minute quicker than my pb, because that's what I'd like to do. I'm not sure if I'll do it though as my running seems to be getting slower not faster!
