JulesR Enjoyed this one lots (probably because it was 0.3mile short), but it was a small, friendly event very well organised and a super goody bag. Came in 8th which is the highest I've ever managed and piggy-backed on a couple of fast Giffnockers to sneak a 1st team prize which won't happen again. Well done KH for a super event!

shannon nice trail and path race round dean castle park. not many runners but great marshalling to keep us on track. pushed it in places and kept it steady to finish in a good time for me and what seemed about 10th. a wee radio in my goodie bag, not bad!

The Belly Is Gaun Tae Get Ye Although it might have been a bit short it was still a good testing workout and much needed racing time. All in all a good race, well marked out and marshaled.

bedlam_g Good fun trail race around the lovely grounds of Dean Castle. Quite a small field lots of marshals and very hilly.
