The Belly Is Gaun Tae Get Ye Made it under 45 for the season.Relatively pleased but there is a soft 45 sec in there. Need t oconcentrate more in the middle. Course not as easy as hoped, but well organised. However my improved time wasupstaged by familyfitz's podium place in the 3K family event.
