cehstone beautiful day, hot and perhaps more elevation than I was ready for. There was a last hill that had me on the limit of walking but I had been reading Haruki Murakami about it being a running race and I kept putting one foot in front of another. Regret I didn't run a bit faster and get in top 100. Despite this I think I ran well and even ran well uphill using a high heel lift
