Alun Went out hard, maybe a little too hard but stuck at it for as long as possible. Settled into a good fast pace once the thinning out lap had been completed and just kept on going, lost a few places on the final lap as I began to tire but didn't ease off despite tomorrow's race. Really pleased to finish 73rd in 48:28, probably my best ever champs finish and 12th scorer for M&M! Even better, the official results show that I was first M55, absolutely over the moon!! 🏃💪
