Alun Started very fast, possibly even led briefly, before settling into a fast but more sustainable pace. Maybe in the top 10 before losing a couple of places towards the end of the second lap. Passed by Krzysztof from Folkestone towards the end of the third lap and then by Adam at the start of the final lap, went with him though and retook Krzysztof's place. Worked hard for the remainder of the final lap and was comfortable in 14th place at the end (3rd M55). Our injury depleted team finished in 3rd place, our 5th consecutive podium! 🏃💪 Did I mention that I absolutely love the Dragonfly XC spikes?? 🤣
