Decrepit Dad Happy considering how stiff my right knee has been recently - could possibly have run a new PB if I had realised earlier how close I was.

Slider45 Bit disappointed I didn't go under 17m as I've usually found the evening times are faster than the Saturday morning parkruns. Bit breezy - maybe enough to cost me a few seconds....!!?
