Bazza Wow - that was a tough old run, with 3 or was it 4 hills? By the way the Garmin said 10.64 k - so happy with the time - happy that I have done no running for the last 3 weeks due to a real bad cold that knocked me for six. Enjoyed it though - and yet another win over my brother - that's unbeaten this year old cock! However I know longer distance is your bag - so Liverpool may be another story. Thanks to the EnglandFans that have sponsored me - feel free for anyone else to add a few quid. Mushroom Probably my hardest ever 10k - definitely my slowest! I was retching at the top of the first steep hill. I had plenty time over the last 3 miles to contemplate how I am going to get back the motivation to get out and train more often. Just do it..!
