BigChiefRunningBore Am racing Brother in law but have had two weeks off (so far) with chest infection, so could be interesting. RESULT - oh dear it looked like 3 weeks coughing up me guts affected me form. This was an out and back course. 5km back into major head wind seriously mutilated my time. Added bonus was the fine sand blowing in my eyes,ears - well everywhere. The national Sand Yachting champs were being held 300 m few down the beach!! As for Bro in law he came 15th in 39.59, well off he's 34 min PB. Not one of my favorite days out. If get talked into doing it again, I will train in a wind tunnel.
