pudding monster disappointed with the time but it is a tough course and it was a warm evening.

Runningheva Hot and hilly. Met Briget just before the start. Enjoyed the BBQ afterwards. I beat Brokentoes by 14 seconds and won my age group, so not a bad evening out.

Ultra Sparkly Bridget (USB) Hoping for a PB here as it is currently somewhat slower than my 10k one. This one does have a few hills though. UPDATE This is watch time but I think its pretty accurate. Not as quick as hoped for but that was done for with the hill in the 4th mile. Still a PB though.
