Lucky Jim A good run, kept a reasonably steady pace throughout and managed a bit of a spurt at the end. A 'fresh' breeze blowing in parts but it was dry.

soreeneater Only the first mile was sub 6:30 which was quite surprising. Did better at Wistow last September. I knew I should be able to beat the club record but it really did seem like very hard work. Best bit? Keeping 2 East Hull lads at bay over the last 400m. Tough but I did it 35th spot and £20 for being 1st V55
