Diogenes Very pleased with this time, lovely morning for a run. Started steadily near the back and picked my way through until we reached the hill. Steady up for a couple of miles. Once we reached the top I went pell mell down until we got back on the flat. From thereon I tried to keep the tempo up until the finish which came in 1:08:56. 8.37 per mile. This is probably my
