Helegant This course is described as challenging, hilly and mult-terrain. Course accurately described - lovely run. Shame no water or banaas left for the later finishers -was this because of the large number of late entries? Recorded a new max HR of 191 at the finish. Time shown is from the official results.

viperno7 Made sub 25 for first 5k, been struggling with cough for last two months and not been the best preparation. disappointed with time though had to walk some of it. Will do better in next 10k!!!
