LiamS76 have run stages 1 to 3 before, so might as well run 1 2 and 3 before then doing 4, all in one go! Hereward relay in vibrams. Excellent fun trying to stay ahead of the Brazilian Allstars (we failed to). A good day, although not much memorable from course, blurs into one long mix of paths by ditches, rutted fields, tracks and road. Felt pretty strong, we even overtook some of the relay teams in the last 3 miles. Massive thanks to people in red car who provided drinks on last water & gel for Garry on last stage, and man in volvo who gave a lucozade 5 miles from end - was a magic bottle.
