RichardNathan Oh dear - a little slower than I was hoping for, though my legs were very stiff and sore from running in the week and playing three bouts of football on thursday! The course was steeper than I remember! On the second lap I think it was (just before approaching the 3k mark??) there is quite a steep incline before the course bends to the right (where the statues of the lions used to be). This is the only real steep part though and after that it's plane sailing. Better effort next time!!
