Diogenes 5th year on the trot. Found it tougher this year than ever before, lack of condition and thick mud, lack of sleep and giving blood on the 23rd all contributory factors. Will still continue to do it every year and beat 30 minutes one day. Nearly 2 minutes slower than last year when I had a pint of winter ale after 2 miles

TZ Deep sloppy mud, more ups & downs than Alton Towers, but a really good fun race. Very fast 0.5mi downhill/tarmac to the finish! :-) Finished 5th in the non-drinking race, but 10th overall (embarassingly beaten by five people who also downed a pint of beer on the way round!!!)
