Lisrun Race HQ was the paddle steamer Wingfield Castle. The instructions contained 'For those who suffer from sea sickness it is advised that you arrive changed!'. Nautical theme continued when race started suddenly and loudly by a cannon. Lovely warm day with little wind. Initially on residential roads and then onto the long promenade and then back by the same route. Very enjoyable. Tee-shirt to all finishers.
