Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,

Jenson Ran to pace Paula, so pace was very pleasant.
We hit halfway just under 30, so I was pleased we had kept to plan.
Got to bottom of steep incline 1 mile out (just short of 50 mins) and legged it up and along, down to finish as fast as possible - great speed work out for pins!
PJ did 58 which is great as she struggled with heat/hills.
Good warm up for Darlo 10.
Saw PamB at start and finishing but did not say,

Northern Exile Not exactly a scintillating performance ..... I'm trying to convince myself that this is a hard course, but I think I should have done better than this.

PamB That's my time -- official time will be longer, took a little while to cross the finish line.

A good race, other than an incredibly sore and tight hamstring most of the way round! Don't know what's up with it -- think it needs a massage or something.

Anyway, a hilly route -- the up hills killed me, the down hills didn't do much better! But I ran all the way....and a much better time than I was expecting. And I didn't come last!

Tinywhitevan Quite pleased with time as I beat last year's time by 3 and a half minutes. I still would like to have gone faster, but the second time up the hill really hurt and I think I lost a chunk of time dragging myself up it. Enjoyable race and great atmosphere.
