Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Hills of Death (HOD) Yes my dive in the mud at the finsih was pure 'class' ;) very klinsmann like, finished 60th (4 up on last week) not bad after a night of Guinness, found it tough not as tough as our XC Captain who threw up after a mile. Someone had a bit much to drink last night at the club disco. Saw Vindicator on the loop round the river too far in front to catch, I think Vicksta took a picture of me dying on my ar$e. Is it just me or is XC very hard and energy sapping, I need to get some Studs as my Trail shoes not good enuf for this. Time ?? OH and we won again :)

Vindicator Race 2/4 in our local cross country league. Came in 42nd just losing out on the sprint finish (if you can call it that over the bog that was the finishing straight) to a club mate and a 'Stortford runner. The stortford runner cannily used me as a wind break in the closing stages. I did go off a bit fast, and paid a bit later but got position for the narrow bits near ther start. Watched HOD's spectacular dive at the finish.
