eMpTy This was much tougher course than I expected. Went for a big PB, first 8 miles to plan and then the hills and hamstrings took effect. Oh, well half is flat !!

Fastest_Dave Another PW for the year - oh well. I really like this course and have done well in the past but probably due to the level of training i am doing the wheels came off at 6 miles. I wanted to stop but kept going at a slower pace than many a long sunday run is done at. How depressing, still I can get another PW at the national road relays next weekend! Will try and smile again tomorrow.
