A single-lap hilly forest trail run. Don't be deceived by the flat beck-side start as it soon gets hilly once you cross the beck - on wide forest tracks for the hilliest sections, than narrower paths and trails from the highest point onwards. Great little

Tough single lap trail race , the first half being mainly uphill , the second half being a glorious semi technical undulating downhill to the finish. Cafe , toilets & carpark next to the start finish area
