About this parkrun
One lap through woodland, mostly trail, muddy and wet in places, some tarmac. First half downhill, second half uphill. 76m elevation gain. Parking charges, big carpark. Toilets and cafe. Big play area for kids.Bramble 28th Dec 2018
2.5km downhill along paths and muddy trails through the woods, then 2.5km uphill along muddy trails and paths. Has essentials like good toilets and cafe! Trail shoes not essential, but advisable if it’s been raining a lot. Need to pay for car park

Lovely woodland route, one large lap running downhill the uphill for second half. Muddy in places so trail shoes if its been raining. Large car park which charges. Toilets and cafe. Friendly volunteers lovely run.
