About this parkrun

1 hilly lap, expect to head downhill, bottom out, go back up, back down, bobble and then finish with 800m uphill. Tough course

Tough as old running boots, follows Olympic mountain biking course in places. Loose gravely surface, mostly downhill first half but with some short sharp climbs. Flatish bit at sea level by railway line. Then the grassy knoll of death uphill, followed by
