About this parkrun
A very fast course, lots of potential for a PB with a couple of hairpin corners which doesn't affect pace as the paths are flat.Dowel 16th Jun 2019
Despite the two hairpin bends & crowded start, even faster than I expected! PB smashed, well happy with that.

Single lap, flat, part tarmac, part grass. Lots of greenery and friendly natives.
Not quite as fast as the old route, but still fun.

Single loop course. The "new route" is about 3k on grass. Nice and flat, but the grass takes its toll on the legs. Watch out for the divots!
