Impossible is Nothing Went well in the end. Ran very consistent pace. Quads feeling a little hammered beforehand (and car crash earlier this evening didn't help general sense of well-being) but in the end felt good enough at that pace. See how I feel tomorrow, and sunday's race! Feeling that race is a little short. Result 18th out of 212.

Cookie001 Wasn't sure how I was going to do in this race after the marathon a few weeks earlier. Felt really strong throughout, ran even splits and even even pipped 4th place after losing it on the final straight (only cause the guy tripped over a park bench :-) ). All in all very pleased. Should give a good baseline to build on and then aim for sub 35 in the next race.
