Bear Foot Good race again. Finished 11/183. Didn't quite manage sub 37 but a pb all the same so have to be pleased with that.

Impossible is Nothing Really good race - 18:30 at halfway but (despite legs being tired from duathlon on Wednesday) kept pace and effort going nicely. First dry race of the series but still some slippy mud on the course. Another well organised race and an excellent PB for me. And a spot prize! Result: 15th out of 183
