Wirzel First ever 5 mile race, provided I don't get injured i'm pretty confident of sub 37.00. Really pleased with my time considering the conditions( Strong cross/head winds with sand blowing in your face).

Jubear ITB, knee was so painful I should have stopped. Not a fun experience and being sandblasted along the seafront was the least of my fucking worries.
