FaeryImp Three miles or so in and groin trouble(ah c**p) hilly bits were my undoing and humid weather.Thank-full to have gotten round under the circumstances but not pleased with time anyhow.Back to the gym,back to more hillwork,back to the olde drawing board!!!!!!

kink bunny no body warned me about the hills!!! mind you i should really know what exeters like as it's where i grew up and lived til i was 19 shame on me. I'll never forget them after this. i did have to stop to stretch after 8 miles tight calfs and all that jazz so can take a minute off for that ;) tee hee. sorry to the peeps who bet on me not sure what thats all about so will have to go learn. with some hill work in my training i could defo improve my time might do it again next year if i dont make it into the FLM. as its a good race with wonderful crowd support hurragh for children with garden sprinklers and lovely people with sweeties :) :) :)
