abdou Slightly shambolic start but smallish field meant it was no problem. Perfect weather for a great course. Lovely downhill last k ruined by being stabbed (or possibly a stitch, but it felt worse)

Zehnderboy First attempt at this run - not much training done due to various injuries through football. Very tough course started well but my legs were empty at 6km but achieved my goal of breaking 50 minutes.
